Mindfulness
With training in mindful presence, we can gain a greater ability to be present in the moment, in touch with ourselves and our bodies.
In everyday life, our thoughts wander back and forth, we daydream, we worry, we judge, we distract ourselves. During the session, we practice a non-judgmental approach, self-compassion and increased awareness of thoughts, feelings and physical sensations.
The training includes both sitting exercises and movement exercises. In the long run, this can lead to recovery, calm, increased concentration ability, and awareness in life, about ourselves and our relationships.
